The maximum occupancy of each suite is 2 guests.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 4.00pm to 8.00pm (16:00 to 20:00) on the day of arrival. Check-in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.

We ask that you please vacate your room by 10.30am on the morning of departure.

Booking:

Each booking must be paid in full at time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: 

Provided that 30 days notice is given for cancellation of a reservation your payment will be refunded less a fee to cover credit card fees and admin. This fee is £25 for reservations of under £1000 and 2.9% of the total for reservations of over £1000.

For cancellations within 30 days there will be no refund unless we can re-let the suite in which case your payment will be refunded less £25 admin fee.

Non-arrivals will be charged 100% of the booking value. 

Reservations cannot be reduced from the number of days booked or moved to another time.

INSURANCE: We do recommend insurance against cancellation (see www.cancellationplan.com for UK holiday insurance; this company is not affiliated with The Grange, Fort William).
